Nailcoe Return Policy
At Nailcoe, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we’ve established a clear return policy to guide you through the process.
Eligibility & Timeframe
Non-customized products: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (not eligible for resale).
Customized products: Due to the unique characteristics of personalized products (such as engraving or exclusive designs), once completed and shipped, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.
Return Conditions
To ensure your return request is successfully processed, please ensure the following conditions are met:
The product and all accessories, labels, and original packaging are intact;
The product has not been used, modified, or damaged (e.g., unopened nail products and tools show no signs of use);
Provide original proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice);
Submit your return request within 7 days of receiving the product (based on the shipping receipt date).
Return Process
Submitting a request: Please contact our customer service team via email (yan2000828@126.com) or WhatsApp (86+15838728891) to explain the reason for the return and provide your order information.
Obtaining Authorization: After verification that the return conditions are met, we will email you a Return Authorization and return address.
Shipping: Please arrange shipping to the designated address within 3 days of receiving the Return Authorization. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Confirmed Receipt: Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will process your refund or exchange request within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and the time it takes to arrive is subject to the payment platform or bank's processing cycle.
Return shipping is non-refundable: Regardless of the reason for the return, you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred when returning the merchandise, and these costs will not be included in the refund.
If the returned merchandise does not meet the return requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a depreciation fee. We will then return the merchandise in its original condition (return shipping costs will be borne by you).
Special Notes
Sale and clearance items are subject to the same return policy as regular-priced items and are subject to the above policy.
For returns due to product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs upon confirmation (receipt of shipping fee is required).
