Processing Time
Custom-Made Products: Due to their personalized nature (e.g., custom designs, engraved items, or made-to-order nail sets), these products require 7 business days of production time before shipping. This ensures we craft your unique items with precision.
Standard Products: Non-custom items are processed within 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed, as they are ready for immediate dispatch.
Shipping Origins & Delivery Timelines
1. Custom-Made Products
All custom orders will be shipped from our China warehouse after the 7-day production period. Delivery times vary by destination:
United States: 8-15 business days
Canada: 10-18 business days
Europe: 12-20 business days
Rest of the world: 15-25 business days
2. Standard Products
Current Shipping: For now, all standard products are shipped from our China warehouse. Estimated delivery times:
United States: 7-12 business days
Canada: 9-16 business days
Europe: 10-18 business days
Rest of the world: 14-22 business days
Future Expansion: As our customer base grows, we plan to launch a U.S.-based warehouse to better serve our North American customers. Once operational, standard orders to U.S. addresses will ship from the U.S. warehouse, reducing delivery times to 2-5 business days. We will update this policy and notify customers via email when this service goes live.
Shipping Costs
